Returns & Refunds – Game Tech

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through our store in the United States.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by improper handling, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including clearance products, gift cards, downloadable software, or items marked as final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, some personal-use gaming accessories such as headsets or ear-related products may only be eligible for return if they are unopened and sealed.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team before sending any items back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Game Tech is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund where applicable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order to ensure faster processing.

Game Tech reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. We are committed to fair and transparent service while protecting our business from misuse of return privileges.
